II. Client Responsibility:
a) Being responsible for the execution of the project from the initial idea to implementation, client needs to ensure that relevant permissions are secured from respective authorities.
b) Design JNB Interiors will not be liable for any illegal construction or encroachment by the client once architectural plan and advisory services have been provided. It is the sole responsibility of the client to make sure that he has the required permits in accordance with the local land and building use regulation.
